Film Movement has just announced the acquisition of THE COLORS OF THE MOUNTAIN, the debut film from director Carlos César Arbeláez, winner of the New Directors Award at this year’s San Sebastian International Film Festival.
Set in a remote part of the mountainous Colombian countryside, the film follows two friends trying to recover their prized belonging - a football ball - from a minefield.

The film will be released in US in summer 2011 and will be available to Film Movement subscribers in March 2011.
